Not sure how you could trust your business' MOSS hosting to someone who has a website that looks like that. And yes - it is just two brothers that run the IT / support side of things. Good luck if anything breaks.

This is Edward York, President of 724 Hosting. It was funny someone said run by two brothers on the side. I run this company 16 hours a day. It's hosted in a real data center in Los Angeles, Ca. on 1/2 million dollar IBM equipment. A long way from on the side. Sure, I hired my brother to help in the evenings. Family is the most trustworthy employee anyone can ever have. In addition, my sales manager has been in this line of business for 10 years and my IT engineer is about the best IT guy I have ever met.
As to calling the customer back 1 week later for payment, that was no mistake. There was no hurry to collect on our part. The customers site was up. Why complain about it. The customer was able to keep their money 1 week longer.. That is his benefit. Tech Support, on the other hand is handled usually within the hour. Sometimes minutes.
As to being expensive, we dis-agree. We are right down the middle. We review our competition all the time. If you want dirt cheap, then go elsewhere. We provide professional business services on the most reliable equipment with the most knowledgeable IT engineer anywhere. As to uptime, all equipment occasionally has problems. It is mechanical. Our statistics show overall as of this writing at over 99.96%. We did have 1 server down in February. It was restored within 8 hours and was caused by a software problem. The server affected hosted 80 of the thousands of sites we host.
