Other Thoughts:
I got an account with AirVM before they did a major shift in their billing procedure, and had a cloud VM with them for a little while, but ultimately settled on Rackspace. Once they changed everything up, I decided to check out the new system, and I'm LOVING it! I'd recommend it to anyone, even over rackspace, since you actually get vmware-based vm's.

I have had my AirVM server for about four months now, and my service has been fantastic. I ordered my service in the middle of the night and got a phone call (from a real person) immediately to tell me my server will be set up shortly.

Pretty cheap, but don't know if that's a good thing.

Site is very plain, and kind of boring. Servers were kind of confusing to find to buy, and then you can't even select what processor you want.

We have been using AirVM Cloud for 7 months now, and must say the service and support they’ve provided are quite frankly, amazing. They provide the necessary tools to manage our servers and scale as required. They clearly don't overcommit resources.
Cons:
They were a newer company when we started but have proved to be rock solid.
