Most important emails got through. Wasn't down often.
Cons:
Spam filtering was literally awful. MANY spam emails made it through, no matter what. MANY good emails were tagged as false positives and had to be retrieved from quarantine.
Support was worse than awful. Talking to them was a total waste of time.
Other Thoughts:
When things went wrong, the support people were unbelievably stupid. It's hard to believe they are in the US.
The last straw was talking to the "manager" who after having to show them exactly what wasn't working, I found that he didn't bother to look at the problem - he just made it look like he was doing something. Turns out they never even tried to fix the problem.
Switched to Rackspace Hosted Exchange, which works great. A little more expensive, but I have NONE of the constant problems of Appriver. And their spam filtering is MUCH better, with very few false positives.
Getting rid of Appriver was like taking a huge load off of me. I could go back to taking care of business instead of constantly messing these jerks - who don't care about their customers at all.

Split Domain option makes migration and managing users and domains very easy and flexible.
Portal and configuration tools full-featured, flexible and easy to use.

Best spam and virus filtration out there, period! Their tech support staff are always able to fix the occasions issue -- most of which are user related.

None. If you use any other service you are making a huge mistake.
