01/12/11Pros:
We have been using Axvoice now for quite a long time. We are often persuaded by many other companies in market, but the packages we are getting from Axvoice are just unmatchable.
Cons:
No negative thoughts about Axvoice Service.
Other Thoughts:
We are using package from Axvoice’s Residential Plans, and the package is US/Canada 200, in this service we get 200 free minutes to call around US and Canada. We get plenty of services like, voice mail, caller ID, call waiting and all of them in just $5.99 per month. That is not just all, besides outstanding call rates, Axvoice gives us facility of using voice mail and for no cost.

12/09/10Pros:
I am using VoIP phone service for last three years and it has been six months that I switched to Axvoice VoIP service. Before switching to VoIP phone service I was using traditional landline phone service to meet my needs.
Cons:
0 cons. Until this point everything has worked as expected.
Other Thoughts:
One day my friend recommended me to switch to VoIP technology if I wanted to save almost 70% of my tele-communication cost. Obviously like any other logical person I did want to save so much without actually doing a lot. So I switched to VoIP. However, the experience with VoIP was not satisfactory.
The voice quality was nowhere near landline but I was so tempted by the price that I compromised over quality and did not really complain about the service. For almost two years I believed that VoIP is like this until one day I visited my friend who had Axvoice VOIP service. I used his phone to make a couple of calls, and to my astonishment it was a VoIP phone with perfect voice clarity.
I never thought that internet phone could be so good. As soon as I came back I searched for Axvoice VoIP and went through their packages. Next day, I applied for my preferred plan and I was further shocked when within 24 hours I had Axvoice VoIP phone service ready to use at my place. It was an entirely new and good experience. I would recommend every VoIP user to try Axvoice, I am sure they will be shocked like me.

11/23/10Pros:
Loaded with features, cheap, use any area code regardless of location, unlimited calling.
Cons:
I haven't had any challenges with the company.
Other Thoughts:
It has also got lots of features for free that you'd pay more with the big land line phone companies. Features like call waiting, caller id, 3-way calling, voice mail (which you can access on your phone, or online), call forwarding (you can give them a number to automatically forward your calls), etc. If you travel a lot, as long as you have broadband where you're going, you can take the Axvoice adapter with you and get your phone calls wherever you are.
Since you can have any area code you want regardless of your actual location (including toll-free numbers), you have to register your address for the 911. If you take the Axvoice adapter with you somewhere, you have to remember that if you dial 911 they're going to go to the registered address, not where you actually are.
Finally, the sound quality is great, and is consistent as promised from the very first day. Unlike many others who shock you with not only betraying with what they promised but also with many things which you never thought of. The most common one is hidden charges, thanks to Axvoice which does not do this.

11/05/10Pros:
Lesser cost. Portability of your home number when you travel or are away for extended periods.
Cons:
Nothing bad or negative has happened with the Axvoice services.
Other Thoughts:
If my Internet goes out, so does my phone. I get those calls forwarded on my cell phone by Axvoice. I have heard users of other services have a hard time with customer service as they are in India or some other country (like a lot of companies are doing these days.). However I am lucky not to have any issue like this.
The voice quality with Axvoice is excellent. VOIP is contingent on your Internet connection. I am fortunate that my cable provider gives me a fast connection as opposed to some of the DSL customers who only get moderate connection speeds at best. I know a person who uses VoIP service of ViaTalk, he complained that there are hidden charges in his bill, so I am glad that there isn’t any such thing in Axvoice. I like the fact that we could choose a different phone number in a different area because I work an hour away and able to make local calls to my house that I wouldn't have been able to do otherwise.

10/21/10Pros:
Clear voice, no breakage, and inexpensive service.
Cons:
Nothing bad has occurred to me so far.
Other Thoughts:
I subscribed to the service of Axvoice from Verizon, another VoIP provider company. While I believe that the Axvoice are doing their job at least honestly, because they do not charge you with hidden or undue charges. Verizon try to take out every penny from your pocket! At first my number did not transferred from PSTN to Verizon even after 20 days of the subscription. I faxed Verizon authorization form 3 times, but they didn't even responded to my single fax, I do believe that they did all that on purpose so that I cannot avail the offers of the trail period and if I want to cancel the service subscription then I have to pay them $39.99 as canceling fee! I figured that out when I canceled my service after 20 days! That was really awful! It was just like throwing my money for some non-sense purpose. I was charged for the first month that is, $79.99 and addition of $39.99 as the cancellation charges plus the setup fee of $29.99! This trial of 20 days cost me approximately $149.00! And I paid all that when I was on one-month promotion! Would you really believe that? The experience with Verizon was really horrible! And I prefer everyone to not to use that service ever again in your life! These days I am using Axvoice, who provides excellent sound quality and has a great Customer Support! They are new in the market but Axvoice at least have the ethics to do business. So all people out there willing to use VoIP service must go for Axvoice.

10/18/10Pros:
Lower prices, Voicemail, call forwarding, caller ID and Bandwidth saver. Not only this but also every goodie, which a customer can wish for.
Cons:
Nothing bad has occurred to me so far.
Other Thoughts:
I am using Axvoice for last three months and my experience with it is very good. Previously I used Vonics service and trust me I had a pathetic experience with them. In the initial weeks of my subscription with Vonics I was almost daily complaining them about the distortion in line or breakage in communication. I eventually had to leave Vonics due to this problem. My friend, who is using Axvoice VoIP plan, recommended me to join it. I signed up for Axvoice online and within a day I received response from the company. I submitted required documents and payment and next day I was ready to use Axvoice VoIP service. I had some queries during installation and on contacting Axvoice customer service team I was treated really nicely and I was able to make set-up operative in an hour. The quality of communication, competitive rates and polite customer care team amused me a lot. I am very impressed by the professional attitude of Axvoice and recommends to all who are willing to use a good VoIP service.
