We are a small enough company to provide personalized service and therefore I know all of our customers. Additionally, I searched our database and confirmed that we have never had a "Chris Martin" or "Dave Wilson" as a customer. If you are actually a competitor, please keep it professional.

I had horrible uptime on all my servers, and on top of that, I paid for the monitoring service and was never informed when my servers went down.
