Superior support and unparalleled uptime. Choice of control panels, OS. You can add CPU and RAM on demand from the control panel. Backed up by R1Soft's CDP and runs on a self-healing hardware platform.
Cons:
None. OK, I wish it were free, but otherwise I have zero complaints.
Other Thoughts:
I've been with Cartika for three years, and have found their support to be the absolute best I have ever seen. I have had co-located and dedicated servers at other data centers over the past 10 years, but since I became a Cartika customer, I have never considered moving again. I have been on their cloud platform since just before it was publicly announced -- as an existing client, I was lucky enough to get a pre-release slot -- and there have been zero problems. Uptime is perfect, and the server instance feels even faster than a comparable dedicated server with identical specs would. I am completely satisfied, and would recommend Cartika's cloud platform without hesitation.

* No request is too hard or a problem, they handle everything server related
* Support response avg 20mins to email tickets
* Port/service/site monitoring on request
* Servers are fast & not oversold

I've been with them for just over a year and there are no cons so far!
Other Thoughts:
Cartika constantly innovate and invest in things like upgrading control panels (h-sphere) when one would think that this isn't their job. If you want to sleep easy at night or go on holidays without worrying about your sites then Cartika would be a good choice.
I rate their VPS servers at the equivalent of a mid level dedicated with my old host.
