Excellent service which saved me money on system administration and software licenses. I host 20 sites on sCloud and I enjoy the HA cPanel Cloud.bg offers.
Cons:
They had to do maintenance a few times in September and there have been a few interruptions of the service, something which was a little bit annoying. But they fixed it. A part from this one the up-time is real 99.99%.
Other Thoughts:
It is good for small-businesses who need to handle high traffic and a lot of load. Be advised that you should run optimized websites as far as you get 5,000 CPU seconds per 24 hours. The limit on storage data transfer is 50 BG per 24h. These are high enough, but there is has a limitation.

I needed a hosting servise that I'd manage like a Shared Hosting but to get more resources I get on a stand-alone server. Cloud.bg is HA and the services a load-balanced.
Cons:
They had some downtime recently, but the service is still pretty good!
Other Thoughts:
You can trust their support. It looks to be in-house 24/7 and it is based in Europe. They do not outsource support, which is good!

Very affordable cPanel Cloud. You get IP-based virtual hosting account on the Cloud and manage it with cPanel's "Domain Owner Panel". It handles the load and it costs less and $30/month.
Cons:
It is not a VPS Cloud! If you need to run any Java APP for example, it does not work as it is Shared Cloud environment.
Other Thoughts:
It is really great Cloud hosting service for Linux, MySQL, Apache, PHP, Perl and Pytnon websites. The connectivity to the U.S. and all over Europe is excellent and the support was great up to this point.

Great service, a High availability IP-based virtual hosting! The good things is that you use cPanel and have load-balancing for HTTP, DB, FTP, etc. It is very affordable.
Cons:
It is not VPS and all configurations are standard. But this is a big advantage as well.
Other Thoughts:
I saw a bunch of fake reviews here from someone who obviously never tried Cloud.bg. It is not a VPS at all, but a very good Shared and Reseller Cloud Hosting service! The support responds within 10 - 15 minutes btw.
