Outstanding value, very easy to use and scalable.
Very good and friendly support. (Only) Once it took 10 hours (overnight) when I asked to open a port. I ordered a trial first and standard the ports 21 and 25 are blocked, which is nothing abnormal
Cons:
Nothing I can think about for now. The pricing system is extensive but once you get it, it's very easy to work with
Other Thoughts:
The way the servers are prepared is very easy, fast and understandabale. The password is in the password hint, you are asked to change the password and you are immediately ready to go. Also is the hardware of a very good quality, I asked a '2000Mhz' server and I got a fully functional Intel Xeon 55xx CPU, hexacore ; Which I probably have to shared with a few other vServer but nevertheless the performances of all the hardware is impressive. =superfast! HIGHLY RECOMMENDABLE C.H. PROVIDER!

Other Thoughts:
We needed a new host for our web server but also somewhere we could tinker with new technology for demo purposes. Elastic Hosts are great for both first timers and experienced server builders.
Solid web interface makes provisioning a full server take around 5 minutes including a configured disk image. You really can have a demo up and running in 5 minutes. Why not test them on their free trial, can't hurt, you'll end up staying like we did.

- Very technically competent support staff.
- Very flexible service that can grow or shrink in seconds.
- It just works. I have a lot of monitoring of remote servers in place and since moving to ElasticHosts I don't hear a peep from it

Other Thoughts:
By far the best virtual server host I have used to date. For me the best thing about Elastic Hosts is the extremely high level of technical competence and being able to talk or email on a technical level. I now have 5 servers running with ElasticHosts and I expect this to continue to grow.
I have had the pleasure of talking with both the founders of ElasticHosts and I am confident these guys will only improve their service.
I would recommend ElasticHosts. (and have)

Extremely easy to use - just like dedicated servers, except that I can stop, start, scale and add instances in seconds with the web interface. Nice command line tool too.
