As a provider of Exchange email and other hosted services, Hosted Fusion beats the rest with their uptime and customer service. I'm not the most tech-savvy person, but they helped me get things running (even on my old computers).
Cons:
Not the outright cheapest.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM has never been more affordable than with Hosted Fusion. The services are very, very fast as well.
Cons:
Set up time took a day longer than originally told.
Other Thoughts:
Tim from sales, helped me realize and plan how to most effectively utilize this highly customizable CRM service. I'm already seeing more conversions and less potential sales slip through the cracks.

this company is awesome, I love how they are the only company currently offering Office Communications Server 2007 R2 - not to mention they give you Communicator web access (pretty sure they are also the only ones to do this)
