they have just grown to large and now have stability issues

tech support is now based out of Russia. I would stay away...

Pros:

Nice control panel and easy to sign up.

Cons:

Downtime was just too much. We used them as our host for 3 months and couldn't take the intermittent downtime every other week.

Other Thoughts:

Stay away until they stabilize their systems.

Pros:

They know their product and competitors well.

Cons:

It's funny how there are about 5 good reviews posted at the same days within the week.
I had bad experience with their sales. They disconnected me and hung up on me several times. Kind of rude.
