Pros:

Lots of features, but way too costly!!!!!!

Cons:

Price is out of this world! So complicated we can't figure out how to use it! We've invested over a million dollars and are thinking of ditching the system for esalestrack CRM or Salesforce.

Pros:

None listed.

Cons:

account rep said deployment would run me $330,000 total. 6 months in we were over $1,000,000. What happened to honesty in this country

Other Thoughts:

the cost is insignificant to me as this software has been very benificial. but just tell me the total cost upfront. dont lie to me to get me to sign your paper work.

Forrester Research says its the best

Cons:

HUGE learning curve, i paid more in training costs than i did for the software and hardware purchase/setup combined
