Pros:

There were none. Panterra is a total joke. They are liars. They promised everything would work and nothing did. They did not have did's ready for us to use and we had to use did's from another state.

Cons:

Very expensive and doesn't work properly.

Pros:

This stuff really works! It's made our company more responsive to customers (love the TryUC app!) and that makes our customers happy and you know what they say about happy customers!

Cons:

You have to make sure your network is IP ready, but that's not really hard. Small price to pay for happy customers!

Pros:

Lots of features.....There are multiple ways to accomplish the same thing

Cons:

There are many variables when using a voip system.

Other Thoughts:

For all of the users that have had a poor time with this service. I would suggest into looking up why voip calls can go bad -- there are many variables like internet bandwidth, qos, the amount of computers and phones on the network,. If the firewall is too restrictive then you WILL see issues -- with that said any VOIP service can cause you to have a bad experience, IF you do NOT take the proper precautions and use business quality networking devices.

Pros:

Awesome features. Much more than just voice! I use desksharing every day. Also conference quality is amazing. I also use fax to email to get all my faxes. WorldSmart has truly saved me money and it's easier to use.

Cons:

None so far. I've recommended it to others as well. It works.

Other Thoughts:

Their support is the best I've ever seen. You can get to someone in 30 seconds! That's right 30 seconds! any time of the day or night! That's incredible in today's world of "you're wait time is 30 minutes!". Thanks PanTerra!

Pros:

I have found this system to be more collaberative and a better fit than traditional phone service. I have been happy with the quality of the system and the customer support has been terrific.

Cons:

My experience has been only positive thus far.
