CRM Review - By: Daniel Kels
03/27/09Pros:
some of the nicest people i have ever met!!!! seriously!
Cons:
stay away from these guys - there are located in Hawaii and it can take their support 24 hrs+ to respond to tech support issues (im in texas) - servers are also VERRRYYYYY SLOW
Other Thoughts:
i used them for Microsoft dynamics CRM 4.0 hosting- didn't like the support responsiveness or server speed - ended up using Streamlined Fusion for Dynamics after canceling with Phase 2 (they refunded me in full as promised)
I also reviewed Streamline Fusion on this site, i like the HIGH speed of their servers more that anything
According to them, they have my tiny 1 person CRM account on over $20,000 of clustered Dell servers and SANS - i would have called "BS", but like my account rep promised "don't take our word for it...use it yourself and you will understand the difference expensive hardware makes"
and gosh darn, he was right!!!

CRM Review - By: Karren
02/20/09Pros:
None listed.
Cons:
they are located in Hawaii, I'm in Utah. EVERY troubleshooting request would literally take 24 hours to resolve because of their time difference. unacceptable. No 24/7 support as they claim either.
Other Thoughts:
VERY slow servers, i felt like i was running on a 400 mHRZ PC. ontop of that it took then almost 7 days just to figure out how to setup my active directory permissions. what a joke, these guys must either be a bunch of teenagers that can design a cool website and get Microsoft service provider pricing - or they are the worst bunch of IT admins i have ever met....albeit VERY polite
THEN once it all was finally up, the load time was painfully slow...its almost like they are running these servers off their office T1 line, not at a datacenter.
Sorry guys, you are really nice and i like you, but you also cost my 10's of 1000's of dollars in delays and business is business. I need to make sure others dont make the same mistake.
