10/21/10Pros:
Uptime is great, and the options are seemingly limitless! Very seldom experience any downtime, and if any it is short lived. Support personnel are very helpful, and courteous.
Cons:
After hours support is there, but can be slow to initiate. Can take 15-30 minutes to get a uppper level service rep on the phone.
Other Thoughts:
All in all they are a good provider. I would recommend them to my peers.
