Pros:

good price, good features well worth the money, reliable sharepoint host

Cons:

should have option of monthly hosting

Other Thoughts:

i host my intranet site with seekdotnet
my intranet use sharepoint wss3 then upgraded to sharpeoint foundation 2010

with their help for free, they even help me restore my sharepoint site from my own backup

Pros:

Real nice control panel and email system. Pretty good selection of web parts and templates.

Cons:

Slow to reply on service. Cueless as to how their own servers work. When I got my site the search engine worked. One day the search function stopped. We enquired about it, they have no idea about this function.

Other Thoughts:

As pricey as this service is, they should have a better support team.
