Overall I would rate this company as a 9. Their bedroom skills are awesome. I really enjoy the two on one reverse circle jerk. Excellent reach around skills.
Cons:
Finishing moves could use some work, not sure I "believed" it.

free version is free but not very reliable
Cons:
we went from the free to pro version hoping that the uptime would increase in which case we had no problem paying... however nothing changed other that us paying sugar to fix issues instead of our IT company.
Other Thoughts:
on Microsoft Dynamics now and love it!

Pretty easy to find links from the home page and I only had to complete a small five field registration form (so I thought. It turned out to be 14 fields plus ). What I really liked is getting an email explaining how to login
Cons:
Despite a somewhat short registration process at first, I got lost. Before you can access the free trial, you first need to create a SugarCRM account. Ok, no problem but after you fill out the form and click the register button, it goes to dead page.
