Very impressed. We started using their standard hosted images and moved on to setting up our own images. The support staff we dealt with were very helpful.

Excellent platform. Very intuitive interface. A lot easier to use than some of the other cloud providers. They can guarantee the physical location of your data, which is very important to us for compliance reasons.
Cons:
Would like to see some more standard images. I understand you can upload your own image, although we have not tried this.

Really intuitive 'point and click' based provisioning. Ability to provision complex datacentre environments with ease. Also, they offer a white labelled version of their cloud, which we are now reselling.
Cons:
Not the cheapest on the market, but I suppose you get what you pay for...
