Very easy to use. No downtime at all so far. Technical team were very helpful. Being able to clone machines with one push of a button is very useful.

Could do with more apps in the 'app store'

Very fast and easy to setup, high uptime (we've been running for 4 months with no downtime at all). Pricing calculator on their website is very easy to use. Use government level data centre, which is required for the data we store on our machines.
Cons:
There are cheaper cloud providers.

The flash interface is really easy to use. I configured and deployed 5 servers in under 5 minutes. Performance has been very good for us, so I haven't had to use support.
Cons:
The firewall was not the easiest to setup initially, but was actually quite good once I got my head around it. (Endian firewall I think).
Other Thoughts:
Very good Cloud service.

GUI is amazing! Drag and drop, click deploy and you're up and running. Most O/S's available.
Cons:
Only O/S's at present. Needs more applications, although they position themselves as IaaS rather than SaaS providers. It's easy enough to install apps yourself I suppose. But if they had apps available via drag and drop it would be really good.
