Gives me all the features I had with my previous phone service and then some. Tin Can Talk saves me money every month.
The service is awesome, the people at Tin Can Talk are very helpful.
Cons:
Wished I had switched to VOIP when I first heard about it.
Other Thoughts:
I had heard about VOIP a couple of years ago, but didn't really understand what it was exactly or what it was for. The people at Tin Can Talk helped me in my understanding of the phone service. I was alittle reluctant to switch, but I am glad I did. They helped me get started and answered any questions I had and continue to help me if I have questions on my features. It is nice to actually talk to someone that is curtious and cares.

Cons:
System crashed in the fall, I had no phone for a month. Then new provider, with frequent service interruptions. Everything about it is cheap and limited features now. Since the crash, tincantalk has not updated their support pages or information.

Cons:
It is Friday, September 24, 2010. Tin Can Talk and their platform - Telemedium of Richardson TX - crashed on Monday, September 20th. It has been dead all week.
Other Thoughts:
If both companies aren't out of business, they should be.

World's best customer service. Very customer service oriented for technical support and customer service. Does a good job during setup. Good followup on issues. This company will respond to issues and get them fixed. Very good phone quality.
Cons:
There is no comparison between them and Vonage. Tin Can Talk and does it very well.
