I've been using the ViaTalk service for about 9 months, and I'm quite satisfied with it. I was forced to find a new VoIP provider when SunRocket dropped their customers like a bag of dirt. At first I thought I'd made a mistake in choosing ViaTalk, because of the poor voice quality (echoes and voice delays), but that improved after about a week. So, the bottom line is that for less than $20 a month, I have a full-featured, high-quality phone service.

Other Thoughts:
There people are dreadful. Customer service is rapid when they hope to take your money, nonexistent otherwise. Service is flaky. I have to reboot my SIP box at least once a week, and about once a month, often for days, the service isn't. Period. They try tech support, and after a 2-hour wait, it hangs up.

This is worst possible VOIP connection you can have. I have had it for about a year and am waiting to cancel it as soon as my contract expires. You get what you pay for
