DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS COMPANY'S SERVICE! Dealing with them is like going through a horrible nightmare! They don't reply to any concerns of the subscriber; be it a simple inquiry or technical problems. Their customer service is non-existent. If you're lucky to chat with their customer service dept. (which is very difficult to do), these reps are RUDE and don't seem to care about any concerns of the customer. AVOID! AVOID!

This voip company is perhaps the worst of the lot! Their service is totally unreliable, customer service almost non-existent (and rude!), and they hardly reply to any queries on your account and even technical questions on their service. Avoid totally!!
