02/08/10Pros:
Price is cheap. I don't highly recommend the service though.
Cons:
Service is good for home use, but I dont recommend them for the office. Calls drop and customer service is not the best IMO.

VoIP Review - By: Christian
02/13/09Pros:
One of the main features I like is being able to receive text messages on my cellphone to show who called my home line. Also, since my ex-wife and her bfriend harrass me all the time, being able to selectively forward their phone calls directly back to the phone number they are calling me from is oh-so-satisfying (albeit a tad childish). I also recently added one of the $5/month voicemail-only numbers which I feel will work out great. Sometimes, I have to give a phone number on a website but don't want to take a chance that they will sell my home numberand all of a sudden I wil be getting telemarketer calls all day long. All these calls go right to voicemail and I can listen to them if and when I want to. And, there are other situations in which I need someone to get a hold of me but there is no reason to actually speak with them since leaving a message is just fine. Thus, this voicemail only service is great. And, when I don't send my ex-wife's phone calls right back to her phone, instead of blocking her numbers on my home line like I used to do, I just forward them to this voicemail only service and she doesn't even realize it since all she knows is that she reached my voicemail (and doesn't think I'm blocking her anymore).
Cons:
I wish that they had a lower cost full-featured phone number (with limited minutes) like they used to have. I would like to have another working phone line in my house for my kids but paying the full price is a little, well, pricey, when combined with my main line.
I also wish that on the text messages they send my cellphone when someone calls my home line that they would include the caller's name when possible. I have suggested this numerous times and asked that they either take the contact name I may have given that incoming phone number on their website's contact list - OR - that they would take the name off the caller ID and include that too. If this is my biggest complaint, I don't have as bad of a life as one would think.
